Anyone else having trouble with Zola?

So about two weeks ago I placed a FREE order for invitation samples on Zola.com. I received an email September 6th that my package will be delivered the next day. Today is September 12th and still no package. Have any of you ladies had problems ordering wedding invitations through them?

I ordered samples thru them n they came on the delivery day, have you had bad storms inur area that coulda deterred it?

Nope. Just the holiday on September 2nd. I emailed Zola support multiple times and no email back. I was just hoping I wasn’t the only one this has happened too.

That sounds like a USPS problem, not Zola. I ordered samples from them and they came really quickly. I'd reach out to your post office.
