Any ww brides?

I just joined Weight Watchers today, the digital (online only) option. I am at my largest size ever, and even though FH loves me as is, I would like to lose about 70 pounds before the wedding. I am an emotional eater - stress, depression, you name it - and have been overweight the majority of my life. Hoping this app helps me make better food choices. I have an administrative job, so it’s hard to be active during the day, since I sit at my desk all day. Any others using WW to help lose weight?

    I joined about a month and a half ago! Down 10 pounds. My goal is about 20. Two years ago, I was at my largest. I lost 55 pounds when I got to my lowest, then gained about 35 back in the last two years, so I’d like to get back to a more maintainable weight.

    Overall, I love the app version as I don’t have time for meetings between planning, working 50+ hrs per week, and grad school. I’ve definitely found my favorite recipes and restaurants as well, and I’m happy I don’t have to give up literally every “guilty” pleasure. Things I used to think were healthy now cost so many points. It’s very eye opening!

    I just joined and I am starting officially on Monday. I have the same issue of needing to lose about 70 pounds. It’s not really a need but more of a want for myself. I used to be a college athlete but I still eat the same and don’t burn those kind of calories

    I recommend stocking up on food before you start Monday! The first two days for me were pretty awful, but stuck with it and doing much better almost one week in. Good luck! We can do it 😀

    I am on weight watchers and also started intermittent fasting. It seems to help with my cravings and hunger actually. I eat a meal and snack on healthy snacks and drink plenty of water.
