I just joined Weight Watchers today, the digital (online only) option. I am at my largest size ever, and even though FH loves me as is, I would like to lose about 70 pounds before the wedding. I am an emotional eater - stress, depression, you name it - and have been overweight the majority of my life. Hoping this app helps me make better food choices. I have an administrative job, so it’s hard to be active during the day, since I sit at my desk all day. Any others using WW to help lose weight?
