It will be difficult to find a plum “wedding” dress, but I’m sure if you just search for plum formal gowns you will find more options.

Custom might be the way to go. That way you get the fabric, colors and style you want.

View Quoted Comment 4/20/20 and I have a friend who is a designer I just wanted to see what my options were before asking her and yes I’ve looked but I think my options are limited where I live🙁 I want to order but with this being so important I’d feel comfortable with walking out of a place with what I want just in case deliveries get messed up or dress comes in not looking like pictures photos online.

Nice! Custom is an option, but honestly look from prom dresses! They're cheaper, and more colorful. Save money and get what you want, win win!

Jjshouse.com has quite a few evening gowns and prom dresses in the mermaid/trumpet style you are looking for in "grape" color. Very affordable and super cute!

My sister wanted a sea foam blue/green dress so she went to davids bridal and looked in the bridesmaids section..... maybe u could try that
