Any regret on (chosen) bridemaid

I wouldn't remove her but if she's acting difficult ask her if she still wants to be and she can make the decision to step down. I do think asking someone after the fact would make the person feel like a back up.

I decided to choose one out of my 2 sisters because I knew I’d be getting push back and such attitude. I didn’t need that in my life right now. You should find out if she just wants to be a guest.

I feel the same way as you. If i could do it all over again, I wouldn't have even asked. I have 4 little sisters. The oldest of the 4, lives about 6 hours away. I haven't seen her in years. She says she will come but i doubt she will. Her actions have shown me that she might not make it. I wish my sister would just question me why in picked her. But i think i'm going to talk to her and let her know if she is going to try to come if not, she has to be honest so i won't be disappointed. Just wish all these things were easy.

Girl I get what you mean... I included people who I know would have thrown a fit if they weren't in the party yet they have done nothing to be apart of it this whole time!!! I think just leave it how it is because your friend may feel second chair

having my sisters (I have 4) as my wedding party. I did mention that they both could be it, matron/maid and she was cool with either way. I just think back to my baby showering and the same sister offered to plan it and basically did absolutely nothing to plan it. Only thing she did was get food for the event

Unfortunately people are not as happy/excited for us as we imagine or hope... but please remember when someone shows their spots, like she did with your baby shower best believe that is their character and will be always

Same here. My fh and i are paying for everything. Its more that we don't want to pay for all this and them not showing up or wanting to do. For me a dollar is a dollar lol.

Yesssss!!! we have to start to realize this is OUR day and many people seem to forget that but oh well for them because in the end it will be what we want!!!
