Any Idea when is David's Bridal's next $99 sale?

Rebecca, on May 29, 2016 at 11:42 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11

My budget is for the dress is $400 but If it's possible to save even more I'm going to go for it. Does anyone have a rough idea when the next $99 dress sale is going to be?

I would still look around for other dresses. Those $99 are lots of times strange sizes, or totally out of style.

You could totally get lucky and snag a beauty, but I think lots of brides leave unsatisfied with the results of such a small selection of sale dresses.

    I would check out tradesy.com, preownedweddingdresses.com, or stillwhite,com

Most of the $99 dresses are very plain. Jus be forewarned.

During the $99 sale other dresses are on sale too.

I went in to DB for the $99 sale and they told me they really didn't have anything. They did tell me I could just buy one off line but I wouldn't be able to try it on. I ended up buying my dress for $400 and I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I kept my options open.

Keep in mind for your budget that alterations often cost 400 if you're hemming, adding bustle and doing bodice work.

Check out sites Amanda S mentioned. I almost bought a dress through Tradesy since the prices were low. Some of them were already altered (bustles or tailored to fit the bride selling it and you can see her measurements) which can usually cost a few hundred dollars. I didn't like David's $99 sale since most of the available items were online only and you couldn't try them on.
