Any Hawaii resorts that won't break the bank? And aren't overrun by hundreds of screaming kids?

Hawaii is probably out of our budget range, but I figured I'd ask anyhow. Smiley smile I don't need a luxury resort (can't afford it anyhow, lol), but it has to be clean & have a few amenities. Bonus points if it's more geared towards couples/adults & has some kid-free zones. THANKS!

You should check apple vacations. We booked our jamaica honeymoon through them, and it was very reasonable. You can visit their website and search all kinds of things or call them. Their website is applevacations.com

Check http://www.pleasantholidays.com/ They book packages for good rates. OK good for Hawaii. Also look into renting a home or a condo. http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/hawaii It really depends on the kind of vacation you want.

I know hostils have gotten a bad wrap lateley with the scary movies and all, but I stayed at Koa Wood Hale inn in Kailua Kona last time I went, and was extremely impressed! The property is basically like an apartment complex, and each apartment contains two rooms, a restroom, kitchen, and living room. We were lucky enough to be in an apartment by ourselves, but at only $60 a night for one room, renting two rooms wouldn't break the bank and you would have an entire apartment to yourself! They also have day trips, bike rentals, and all sorts of other ammenities! This is the best place to stay in Kona by far!!!

I can't say it won't break the bank, but it won't be overrun by kids and the place in amazing. You should check out the The Grand Wailea in Maui. It is beautiful!

You might like to check us out. Our prices are inclusive of venue, celebrant, cake, certificate of marriage, celebration, honeymoon suite, transportation to and from wedding venue, and more. Lots of romance for a small price tag... and our amenities include a cedar soaking tub in the rainforest canopy...
