Any fun "grand entrance" alternatives?

Emily, on February 10, 2016 at 2:12 AM Posted in Planning 0 5

Hey fellow wedding-lovers! My fiancé and I have decided on doing a first look so that we can enjoy our cocktail hour and games. Our ceremony/cocktail/games/dinner are all being held in the same general area of a park. How could we exit after the ceremony but still have some sort of entrance? If we aren't leaving anyone's sight? I really don't know if there is a solution! Haha Smiley smile thanks in advance for any ideas!

Maybe after you have walked back up the aisle together, keep walking with your BMs and GMs until you are far enough away that other guests won't follow you. Have someone else directing your guests towards the cocktail area during this time. You can take a few minutes to enjoy some time with your brand new husband and wedding party before heading back towards the cocktail hour and doing introductions and your grand entrance.

You could also maybe do 15-20 mins of pictures of just you and DH with you brand new newlywed bliss. :-) The more pictures the better!

Mrs. Faith you're right! We can go off far enough away to take some just married pics, and then the DJ can announce our entrance after a couple of songs Smiley smile I think that will work nicely!
