I'd just check any of the travel sites (e.g., Expedia). Or if you're flexible on times, try Priceline.

Southwest is my go-to! but they don't fly to everywhere. I would just google flights and see the best options available, then go to the actual flight website to order so you are dealing directly with the company (my own preference).

The app Skyscanner should give you the best flights available, I used it to get my tickets to Hawaii.
