FH and I love Disney. Our first date was in Magic Kingdom, we currently live in Orlando and are both cast members, and we got engaged in Magic Kingdom. While we can't afford a Disney Wedding, we still want to have some Disney touches in our wedding.

A few things we're including- our guest book is going to be themed after the Adventure Book from "Up," and our card box is going to be a mailbox modeled after Carl and Ellie's in "Up" as well.

What Disney touches are you adding/did you add to your wedding?

I've found my people! I want a country fairtytale theme and incorporate Disney elements in a classy not over the top way. I was thinking instead of table numbers using the princesses (bride's side) and corresponding princes (groom's side). Each table would have a centerpiece related to the prince/princess. The single rose under the dome. I was thinking of doing a candle holder with a fork spoon and knife it in like Ariel displays them in her grotto. Is that too much?

Your guest book is a cute idea. I love Disney movies but wouldn't say I am an addict. However I am debating on walking down the Aisle to "Once upon a dream." Will be having a harpist for our ceremony music and its just beautiful!

My FH proposed to me in MK too! He proposed at the Rose Garden. We are having a beauty and the beast themed wedding at Disney World. We are playing Be Our Guest when dinner is served and having Tale as old as time played for the recessional. Also we are having Beauty and the Beast centerpieces, the Rose under the glass, books and candelabra. Also our invitations have a single rose on them. We are coming up with more beauty and the beast touches daily!

I love your ideas! We are adding small hints of Disney and other favorite things here and there. We did the UP mailbox, and this is how it turned out! We're also going to tie some balloons to it on the day of.

Oh and I got the mailbox at Menard's for $15!

I'm a CM too! I work at MK. My FH and I met on the Disney College Program. We're not getting married at Disney, but I want to incorporate some subtle Disney touches to acknowledge where we met. I got nothing so far, and I'm realizing that not much of Disney is "subtle" haha. the guest book idea is cool! Just a quick nod to the movie without being over the top.

Love this post! FH proposed in Disneyland in front of the castle. We are doing subtle Disney touches. Our table names will be written in Disney Font. There will be Mickey heads hidden in the decorations (the round things posted below). My nephew will walk down the aisle in front of us at the end with a sign that says "Happily Ever After," and this is in a line on our invitations too. I'm doing a cake topper like the one below, but in silver. And we will probably order that sign thing on Etsy at some point.

@victoria yes! I actually thought of either placing the rose on top of books all of which would be placed under the dome as centerpieces, or combining candelabras with roses like the centerpiece flowers both look vintage. I am undecided!!! Haha

I think we are going to use Cinderella as a cake topper. We are currently deciding between these two options right now.

For the two bobble heads we will probably do something similar to what DisneyEngagement posted and have them spray painted that gold.

Our cake topper is Disney!!! Smiley smile
Since one of our fave places is Florida and Disney -- when i was there in October - I took one look at this figurine and I was in love.....very fitting for us....so we bought it right away - no second guesses!! Smiley smile
We dont have anymore Disney than that - just a cute touch - we were happy since cake toppers is one of the things we were struggling with Smiley smile

I got engaged at the Polynesian! When my FI proposed, he had champagne and glasses waiting, and they have mickey's on them, so we're using them as our toasting flutes...there's also my shoes, which are of course Disney inspired...it really is the funnest place on earth!!

We have a Mickey and Minnie figurine to be displayed with our cake. (It's too heavy to be a cake topper.) My dance with my dad is going to be "The Bare Necessities." When I was younger we would watch the movie all the time and dance around to that song so it only seemed fitting. Also, at our venue all the servers come out on the dance floor at once to serve dinner so we're going to have "Be Out Guest" played as dinner is served.

I feel like I'm forgetting something else and it's driving me crazy lol

I am such a Disney nut, but our wedding has nothing to do with Disney Smiley sad Still, I've been seriously considering buying a pair of these amazing painted TOMs wedges from Etsy... I love the Beauty and the Beast ones!

So happy to see there's Disney brides here!! Sweet! We too are having a Disney inspired fairytale wedding this DecSmiley smile got engaged last year @ Disneyland in the Blue Bayou restaurant . So far we've got lots done but lots to do as well. This is what we got....

-Every table is named after a Disney movie

-Along with the floral centerpieces on the table we found these plaques with disney quotes on them from Hallmark, they were just too cute to pass up!

-Christmas /wish tree by the guest sign in table for guests to write their well wishes for us on star shaped paperSmiley smile we have a sign that's going to say "when you wish upon a star"*

-our candy table/dessert table is going to be World of Color theme! Lots of colorful lights and candy is going to be on displaySmiley smile

-were going to release each table for dinner by using the theme song of whatever table movie theme they have!

-were working on a disney sign with names of Disneyland rides on arrows pointing this way and that way and then our wedding this way on the top sign!

-were also getting disney shoes from this amazing artist. Dan-O Florez! Look him up! He's got some cute stuff!

I know we have more but i can't think of everything right now! I'll be happy to post more if you want laterSmiley smile

    Happy wedding planning!!

I love disney my engagement ring is a mickey head. Im doing disney love quotes in rustic frames on my tables. Im wearing hand painted toms that have mickey and Minnie on them under my dress. The bottom of my shoe says Chris as a way to add in toy story. My daughter is wearing hand painted stitch shoes as well. During photos there will be a hidden mickey scavenger hunt (I put hidden Mickey on my cake). Corn hole game is Mickey theme. I sent an invitation to Mickey and he sent back a just married pin and a picture of he and Minnie. My flowers have hidden mickeys in them and the guy boutneers have disney pins. My fiancé has Mickey cuflinks. Smiley smile we are playing be our guest as food is served and our sign in table has a be our guest sign. So many fun ways to add a little Disney flare here and there
