Any affordable venues near Jersey Shore?

I need help finding very affordable venues, even restaurants near the Jersey Shore to hold our ceremony and reception. My fiancé and I guest list is about 50-60 people the maximum. I'm having a hard time finding somewhere affordable. We definitely aren't looking for any traditional venue space neither. Wedding is in two years, preferably the fall season. Any suggestions, Please help.

Around $2500 the maximum and some venues came up but seemed pricey still

Nowhere in ocean city as its a dry city. There's a restaurant called Baia that will maybe do a wedding reception on their deck although I prefer their indoor menu. (Yes there are two different menus)

FH cousin just got married at the Chalfont Hotel in Cape May. Nice little place

You're looking for over two years away, and honestly, I don't think that's a realistic budget. First of all, though Oct is lovely at the shore, many of the restaurants are closed.

You're going to be looking at a price plus tax and gratuity, which means you're looking at about 40.00 pp.

Try Allaire St. Park; there is a pretty chapel there and you can bring in catering, but that's still cutting it close
