My husband to be hasn’t see the dress or knows what it looks like at all, I’ve kept it hidden for the past year and I am nervous he will hate my dress, he said he will love my dress even if he hasn’t seen it yet. 😭😭😭

I think you look beautiful in your dress and veil. Why would you think your fiance would be critical? On the day of, you both will be on adrenaline highs of love and celebration. There is no room for negative thoughts about each other unless, you know, that is your typical which would be a red flag IMO.

I guess my second question is why you're starting fittings if your wedding is in October? I would suggest 2-3 months before the wedding date to accommodate any changes in body shape. Stress weight loss and weight gain do happen to many.

You will be perfect and pretty for your wedding. In only heard of one bride who avoided a certain style dress because her yet-future-husband had mentioned a type he was not fond of. It does not sound like you had that from your fiancé. Your joy with the dress will make it all the more special for him.

My fittings are earlier than normal, because i am doing bridal portraits over the summer at my wedding venue my venue has sunflowers that only bloom in the summer and if i did it closer to my date then i would miss the chance to be able to do that. I am just critical about myself because I know this is the most importantly drsss of my life. My husband to be already said he would love whatever dress I wear and after sitting on this for a few days I feel calmer, I just want the summer to be white so I can get my bridal portraits done .

    As a groom-to-be, I get iy.
My fiancee did feel the same way. Even though I want her to wear the one she wants, I do have preferences 🤭: I don’t like poofy ballgowns, large A-line ones ... and basically all "big, large" dresses. So, she asked me about the dress styles I do like and those I don’t, I aswered her. She also told me it was important to her that I don’t hate her dress...
I replied that I will be happy with whatever you'll be wearing... as long you're coming to the wedding 😆😃
