Anxious about Dress

I just got the call that my dress came in! They said it wouldn’t be in until December 3rd so I was momentarily scared they were telling me there was a problem or something when they called xD.


I absolutely love my dress, but I tried it on in grey and I ordered ivory. I was fine about it until I got the call and now I’m so ridiculously anxious that I’m not going to like it anymore haha. I won’t be able to pick it up until tomorrow, so I can’t relieve the fears until then.
I just needed to let that out haha.

    I was worried that something was wrong with it because it’s 2 weeks earlier than expected. As far as I know there’s no problem, it’s just here earlier than expected. It’s the ivory that I’m worried about. I didn’t try any dresses on in ivory, I don’t know if ivory looks good on me. They only had grey for me to try on.

    Ohhh... Okay I see what you are saying now. Gotcha well, all you can really do is try it on. But don't settle for it if you don't like it plenty of people I have seen have changed dresses it's not uncommon.

    I think David's Bridal is notorious for dresses arriving MUCH earlier than they say they will. I wouldn't assume that means anything is wrong; they are just either really bad at projecting delivery or for some reason think it's a good thing to give a delivery date that is farther out than the know it will actually be.
