Anxiety around destination wedding

My destination wedding is only a few months away and my anxiety surrounding the travel to get there (because I’ll sit with anxiety for 4 hours on a flight) is causing stress and worry for me almost daily. I already have anxiety disorder and panic disorder and not really sure why I thought destination would be the best option for me LOL… I am worried about being the “center of attention” and having to possibly take some kind of emergency anxiety relief (Ativan) the day of my wedding and not be able to fully enjoy my day and have fun drinks or feel tired. Has anyone had a destination wedding they felt anxious about? How did you get through it? What helped?
