I am planning me and my fiance's wedding for September 5th, 2020. One of our bridesmaids is my close friend whose birthday is September 3rd. Would it be weird to also announce a belated birthday wish when we introduce her? For some context: She actually suggested the wedding date so that she could travel in state over labor day weekend. I thought it would be nice to announce that she also just celebrated her birthday before the wedding. Thoughts?

    Just a quick shout out before announcing her, like you stated would be thoughtful! I don't think the birthday song is necessary but really it's your wedding day so you do what you feel is best!
