How exciting!! Do you have any specific type of dress style that you are looking for? I remember when I was searching for my dress, I was so stuck on a dress with a removable skirt by Martin Thornburg, but I couldn't find it anywhere near me. So, I went to David's Bridal and tried on a similar dress but I did not like the way it looked on me at all lol I thought I was going to look like the lady in the picture,but I didnt 😅 Surpringly, after 2 appointments and like 10 dress try-ons, I fell in love with the mermaid/trumpet dress, without a skirt lol Its all about having an open mind and enjoying it ☺️

Congrats!! Looking for wedding dresses is so fun! I haven't posted any pictures of mine because I'm nervous FH will see it somehow since he knows I'm on here. My dress is a strapless mermaid style gown with a sweetheard neckline, beaded and lace bodice, and a fully ruffled skirt. It has so much detail!! I love it so much!

Wow! Your dress looks like it was made for you! It fits so perfectly. I love the belt, too!

What I like the most in photos, I know I might not want once I try things on. But here is what always catches my eye:

*I know I want a lot of beading. Lots of tiny rhinestones. (No giant stones, just tiny delicate ones.) I want the dress to shimmer without blinding everyone at my outdoor venue. 😄✨

*I want a fitted bodice, drop waist. Possibly a slim fit and flare, but I think I really want some volume in the skirt.

*Definitely not strapless. They are beautiful, but I want something with decoration over the shoulder and I really want a deep cut back.

*A train is a must. Chapel length.

My wedding is an outdoor wedding, in the summer, in So Cal.
