Anniversary Pinata Stand

I saw this on a site and thought it was cute and was wondering if someone knows where I can get that kind of stand to hold the pinata in. From the picture, the stand has a hook at the top to which you can hang the pinata and a sturdy base. I have had no luck searching online and in stores.

Cute idea! It looks like a stand that you'd hang a plant from, so I googled "short hanging plant stand" and I think the link below is what you'd want. But I'd google that if you want more options!
