I was able to get in touch with them, apparently their showroom is undergoing renovations and won't be open till end of June. Cristina's been pretty responsive with me, and I hope this continues.

I purchased my dress online from them. I am wondering if anyone who received their dress is from the US and can tell me about the customs process?

Can someone tell me how the ordering process went? I contacted Cristina and she set me up with a username and password but the link doesn't work on their site for the personal area. It is making me kind of leary. Also would you recommend ordering a standard size or custom? I know I'm going to need to dress to be shorter and I am concerned a seamstress won't be able to do it with the detail on the bottom of the dress.

Katie, I ordered a mimi dress from Amelia Sposa last July and was delivered late October. I dealt with Cristina De Rossi she was very professional and was extremely prompt in responding to my emails. The experience was excellent and would do business again with them. Mean while the dress was gorgeous and was delivered with a certificate of authentication. You won't regret purchasing a dress from them. Their dresses are very detailed.

I just wanted to say that I did order one! I know this is my first post here but I'm a real person I swear and because I wanted one and couldn't find one I want to post when people are looking for her and share my experience. If you have any questions ask and I will be happy to talk about it. I got Cloe and it's GORGEOUS. It was super scary ordering, waiting and getting the gown but I'm definitely happy. I am going to post my review on their site once I get the new garment bag (mine busted the third time I zipped it and they said they'd send me a new one) but seriously, it's really terrifying ordering from such an unknown but I'm thrilled with my outcome.

I don't know how to quote on Wedding Wire or reply but if I could do it again knowing what I know now I would have ordered a custom gown. I ordered stock because it can be returned and you are only out the shipping (there and back I believe). I ordered a size 6 which should have been about a half inch too big on my hips which is my biggest measurement. It wasn't. It is VERY snug and I will need to lose about 3 pounds or hope it can be let out a small amount. An 8 would just be way too big in the bust and waist.

I was also worried about the detail on the bottom and my height but looking at the gown, it actually won't be very difficult to take up a little because there is nothing that needs to line up perfectly, just a little more expensive than if it could be a whole new hem.

Also, if you don't hear, keep emailing! Once you get a response, Christina is usually pretty prompt within 1-2 days. I will say though that she had some health problems and another staff notified me that's why she was not available for a short time while I was shopping.

For those of you interested in the Nova it is 1450 Euros and for Arcelia 1380 Euros. Some people on the reddit post recommended similar dresses at Demetrios and Stella York. Hello all! Ive ordered the Ines, from Amelia Sposa. My dress is scheduled to arrive in late May. I'm soooo exited but quite nervous about fitting, since gave them my measurements so I really hope I don't have to have it altered. My measurements are 36-35-41. Has anyone ever ordered a veil from them? Ive emailed them about it but have not received any response about it. How much are they?

I agree, paying for the dress took quite a while and several days of communication since it was flagged as fraudulent (definitely call your bank about it beforehand!) plus my bank had a maximum daily spending limit that my dress cost exceeded, but Christina DeRossi was very helpful so we were able to get everything taken care of! Ill add that there was a $40 international purchase fee or something like that, but could have been just my bank
