I see you said found a dj and caterer...I hope you've booked them. If you were getting married at any other time I'd say your on schedule. But the end of September and the month of October are now increasingly popular months. Book your photography videography and even florist fast. I live in Delaware and my venue was booked 2 years out for some weekends .

I think youre doing fine. Find a photographer, officiant and florist next (if youre doing flowers). You said you have a caterer so ask them about food choices, etc.

You may want to start looking at bakerys for cakes since those book up fast (if you plan on having cake) and also start shopping for a dress since you are a year out.

Make a list of what you want uour wedding to be like. Its a lot but youre doing fine.

Heyyyy wedding twin...we're 9/19/2020 🎉🎉🎉 I wouldn't necessarily say your completely behind but I do think you should book the photographer and videographer within this next month. And lock in that caterer if you haven't already. Try to also purchase your dress by the end of November to be on the safe side. Knock out as many deposits as possible so you at least get some of your top picks. Also because there are so many other tasks that will start popping up like creating your wedding website, shopping for decor, making your beauty plan and all those other things lol! There's tonsssssss lol!

Hair, cake, accessories and invitations can be purchased at the 6 and 8 month mark. Happy planning!!!

I’m 9/19/2020. I’m in a very rural area and I’m having a very casual wedding so it’s a bit different for me. I do know in bigger areas, popular vendors can book 2 years or more in advance. I agree with photographer and cake next.

Photographer. Hair and makeup artist if needed. I'm 9.27.20 and have everything booked and dress ordered 😂. However, I'm in Philly and all my vendors (and venue) were booking for 2021 dates already so I had to move fast

You're doing great on time! You've still got just under a year, that's plenty of time for the rest of planning. Our entire engagement is only 10 months and I was able to get all of our major vendors prior to the 7 month mark (which is tomorrow). Don't worry

It depends on your area and how far ahead vendors book. September is a very popular month in most areas but isn’t where I am (hurricane season) so I would say hustle but don’t stress. You still have a year. Find a step by step planning checklist and see where you are.

Hey date twin! You’re not too far behind at all! We have our venue, DJ, photographer, videographer and i have my dress and we’ve asked our wedding party. I will say to start looking for a photographer/videographer this week. The owner of our venue said she’s had to turn down 50 couples for Fall of 2020 so vendors will probably book up soon!
