Am i a jerk, or is this crazy?!

I got engaged in October of last year. Quickly paid all deposits and asked my best friend of 25 years to be my MOH for this October. She agreed. In December, she got engaged and asked me to be her MOH. I agreed. Then in February, she told me the only date that works for them is 14 days before mine…out of state. I told her I was already taking time off work for my bachelorette (August) and for my wedding. I’m also finishing school in July and will be sitting for my boards in September which is when her wedding is. I told her I’d have to think about it. The guilt ate at me and I told her I’d go but it would be a quick turn around trip and I’d not be much help for any planning. She said okay. Now a few months later, she plans her bachelorette 2 weeks before mine out of state. I told her I can’t swing all of this. I can’t be out of state 3x in a month and a half and take my boards AND do what I need to for my wedding…let alone afford any of this and not lose my job. She keeps trying to talk me into it, and I feel bad. But the timing is just absolutely not working for me. I will be so stressed and not ready for my wedding if I go to hers. I feel like she’s dishonoring me in a way..or am I crazy?!
