I need ideas of a fun activity instead of a first dance as my fianee' and i are both so uncomfortable with dancing

Could you do a very short dance (~30 second) and then invite everyone else to the dance floor. You could event do a first dance / anniversary dance combo.

Is it dancing that makes you nervous or being the center of attention?

Neither of us are dancers - or really like the attention. We're doing a short dance (through the first chorus) mainly for pictures, then inviting everyone to come dance with us. After that dance, we'll start eating then dancing as they finish eating.
The Shoe Game is a cute idea to waste some time.
Just skip the whole dance - I've been to plenty weddings with no first dance.

Just skip it. Most people find spotlight dances to be incredibly boring
