We are having a guest board as our guest book for guests to sign. I am having trouble figuring out what sort of markers I should buy for the guests to use. At first I thought of silver sharpie, but I cannot find any that have an ultra fine tip as I think that just fine tip might still be too thick to write with. Does anyone have any recommended brands or maybe someone did use the fine tip sharpie and saw that it worked well?? Thanks!!

I'm doing something similar. I found ultra fine sharpies on amazon, it just depends what color you want and if they have it. I plan to test it on the back to see how it looks so no one can see it.

They do have white paint sharpies that are fine point. We use them at my job for labels. They take a second to try though. There are also chalk pens. I think a gold sharpie would look good too with the color of the wood.

We went to AC Moore with a sample piece of the wood our puzzle guest book was made of and found the perfect pens. If you don't have a scrap piece of the wood, can you try it on the back?

That's beautiful. I would probably use like a white or silver paint marker.

I found the markers for my board at Michaels. I would check with wherever you got it to find out what the best kind are based on what finish they put on it. The girl that made mine sent me a small sample board that I used to figure out the best ones for me

Your guest board is beautiful! We are doing something similar for our wedding. Still debating on markers to use too....probably Sharpie.
