Alterations!!!

My first fitting isn’t until August but I think that you should bring everything just in case something didn’t fit or flow well then you’ll be ahead of having to make any changes rather than scrambling around on the day.

I brought my boots and the salon had my veil (I got it there). Nothing wrong with bringing it all & trying it on together for sure!

I brought my earrings to each of my appointments so I could see what they'd look like!

Yes! I brought my jewelry, veil and shoes.

I think I am a weirdo but I only brought my shoes and undergarments. I kinda want to have a big reveal with myself when I finally see it all together on the big day.

I'm doing a necklace with a backdrop, so I needed to see it with the dress to make sure it worked with the back. I'm soooo glad I brought it to my first fitting because it turns out the backdrop is too heavy for the necklace and it pulls back and chokes me! Now I have time to find a heavier necklace!

I think that’s a great idea. That way you will get the complete look of all of it

Lol that's not weird at all I thought about doing that myself... but was too afraid if I did that something would end up not looking right at the last minute, so I didn't want to take that chance. Yes! I have my last fitting tomorrow. I'm bringing my jewelry, veil, shoes, doing my make up similar, and I'm bring my bouquet. They only thing I won't have sone is my hair and nails. I wanted too but not going to happen.

I did but totally unintentionally! I'm planning on pearl earrings and necklace, and I wore them to church last week and it just so happened my fitting was that afternoon! I was glad I had them but it was completely unplanned 😂

Lol , I went in to my alterations appointments with 2 different earrings on and each of my hands painted in different color nail polish— I’m indecisive and wanted to really feel out and see all my options! 🤣
