Alterations 1
I know I can get help when I go to get alterations but I am not sure what to do about fixing the v neck area. I have a very small chest any advice on alterations or a bra that will work with the dress and not show. I also have a year so I’m working really hard to put some weight on to help.Alterations 2

    Your dress is just gorgeous!

I think your best option is to have your seamstress put padded cups inside your dress, and don't bother with a bra - except possibly a stick-on chicken fillet type thing for the front?

Honestly it looks beautiful how it is and I don't think you need to do too much to it for it to be just perfect.

I think you have the perfect body type for this gown. As Rosie suggested I’d just ask the seamstress to add some cups to give your a little extra oomph.

Totally agree with the other ladies that just a sewn in cup will really help. That dress is gorgeous on you!

It depends on what you want. I was adamant that I don't want to look any bigger than I am. No cleavage, no pushup, no extra giant cups. Is there boning in those seams? If so, your top is similar to mine. They first suggested adding more cups, but I explained that I want it to fit me, as I am, so we went the opposite route--they're taking in through the seams and actually adding in new, smaller cups as the ones there were too big! This is definitely pricier than just adding in cups.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to get more oomph though, and if you think you'll gain wait you'll want to wait until that's all settled before alterations anyway!

Honestly, I think you have a great body for this type of gown. The deep plunge gives you shape without making it look like you're stuffing or trying to look busty.

The only thing I honestly see is that the front should lay a little flatter to your chest, which I'm sure they will take care of. Skip the bra. If you want some structure so you don't feel like you're flying free, you can have the seamstress put in a molded cup that will just make you feel secure.
