Have you taken your dress with pictures of the inspiration to a seamstress yet? There are several big differences between the two, like the neckline, the waist, and the skirt) so they won’t be able to make them exact without completely deconstructing the dress (which would be costly). But a seamstress will be able to tell you which elements from the first dress they can easily incorporate. If you’re wanting to add a tulle over skirt, the inspiration dress has a narrower silhouette while your dress expands out, so they might not be able to do that without taking in the skirt. I like your dress, though. Once it gets tailored to you, you’ll look like a medieval princess. Good luck!
