Alterations Worries (shorten train and shorten veil....and other stuff)

How difficult is it to shorten a train from long chapel to possibly sweep train? Also can a seamstress shorten a veil as well? The veil is chapel/cathedral length....would want short chapel/walking/floor length. Have limited time

These things are really dependent on the seamstress and the material the dress and veil are made out of. I would get on the phone with as many local seamstresses as you can to ask if they can even do this and expect to spend a pretty good amount of money if you find one that can.

Dress has lace applique on the bottom and the veil also has lace applique on the sides and bottom
