Alterations Appointment

Mm, is there a close friend you can take with you? I definitely don't think you should take your mum, but it's nice to have someone..

I guess if you don't need to bustle your dress or need assistance in getting in or out of it (I will, due to its' size) then you really don't need anyone with you, but at my last appointment, they will show me how to bustle my dress - it's only one bustle point so shouldn't be too hard, but I'm still having one of my bridesmaids video the process so it doesn't matter who is with me on the day, they can all watch the video and figure out how to do it! If I hadn't had any bridesmaids I would have taken a close friend - my mother is most likely to be the one helping me into my dress, but she lives a bit far and is immunocompromised, so the video will have to do.
