Alteration question

I bought mine off the rack on sale, and it was a couple sizes too big for me. It still looked great after alterations. I think this can be dramatically different depending on the dress style. My advice would be to set up a consultation with a really awesome seamstress (based on experience, experience of others, and reviews). They should be able to look at your dress and give you an honest assessment of what can be done to bring it in. A talented seamstress should be able to handle it. Good luck!
