Would your venue allow for fabric draping? That and fairy lights would look so romantic!

I see in the second photo that you already have an arbor. Would it be possible to add more greenery and florals to it? By adding more to it, it will stand out more and take up more space, drawing the eye away from the wall and windows behind. You could also add some pipe and drape behind it if seeing the windows is bothering you. As Courtney mentioned, adding fairy lights to this will make it look really beautiful.

The space has a industrial romantic feel to it to me. What about something like this....
