Out of curiosity, what are some of the things that went wrong at your wedding, if any, and how was it handled?

    1) we rented chairs for ceremony and legit like a half hour before they were to deliver, they said they won't be able to pick it up. We had an outdoor ceremony and there was no place to store those chairs indoors so they were kept outdoors and so we said ok then we aren't liable for if something happens to them. They picked it up next morning fine but that was really annoying -_-

    2) had an aisle runner but didn't use it because too windy but that's not really a huge problem aha
    3) didn't get in the poses I wanted to for our photo session. But all in all we got some really amazing photos anyway.
    4) the reception didn't let my coordinator set up the way we agreed on. this wasn't so bad because what do I care that the candy table was on this wall instead of the other, ya know?
I tried taking everything in stride because at the end of the day they were small inconveniences that were a blip in an overall joyous day

As far as we knew, our day was perfect. The only thing that did go wrong that I knew about was our DOC which was a family friend and showed up a couple hours late then went to her car and slept for 3 hours. Thank god for amazing family members that jumped in and took care of everything without either of us ever knowing something was wrong. We didn't find out about it until a couple weeks later once we returned from our honeymoon.

Lol, I could write this all out again but check out my BAM (linked there) because I summed up everything that went wrong and how it worked out!

My sister made a scene and called me the c-word. 😂 It’s been brushed under the rug and ignored by my family for the most part. Good times.

I had an outdoor reception and it was really windy. Caterers couldn’t keep the Sternos lit so the food was cold. Nothing to do but eat it cold.
MIL wore a white dress. Nothing to do but ignore it.

Nothing really went wrong but we did forget to turn on the fairy lights that we had underneath the tulle on the arbor..

    1) RAIN!! But we had a back-up plan which worked out even better.

    2) I wish I had my belt sewn into my dress. It kept riding up and I hated several of my photos. 😫
    3) our playlist didn’t work in our reception area. It was just background music for an area of decor but my hubby fussed with it for about 15 minutes after our ceremony during which people were getting antsy to move to cocktail hour!

There were a lot of *ahem* "interpersonal" annoyances on my wedding day, but I'll focus on the 2 vendor issues we had. Other than this, they pulled through and did a fantastic job.

    1) We sent our venue a list of exactly which tables required vegetarian meals and how many. Come dinner time, they said they didn't have the list so I had to scramble and dig it up from emails on my phone.
    2) Florist said they'd pick up the centerpieces at the end of the night to donate to charity but they never came. Wish I had told my guests they could take them home. Luckily our DOC took them so they wouldn't go to waste.
