Start by talking with your photographer, beauty team and venue. They will really set the framework for your timeline. Then follow up with all other vendors and people. Once you get going, it kind of builds itself. Good luck!

Start with the things you know. Do you have a ceremony start time? A reception start/end time?

So I'm obsessive (and type A) so I have a whole excel doc that loosely plans out the whole wedding so I have an idea of how things will flow lol

I started with the things we knew (ceremony time & reception time) and then just put other events around it (ie: food, cocktail hour, dancing, etc)
