Depends so much on location. Daughter's wedding was in So Cal (a very high-cost area). The online calculators predicted $30,000, which we assumed was CRAZY! However, daughter's fairly traditional, but not at all excessive, wedding with 100 guests was almost exactly $30,000. Find online calculators and then input your location, and I'd take that as a pretty good estimate. Good luck!

This is a very hard question to answer. It depends on your location, time of day, and much more.

We are getting married at an 'all-inclusive' venue in Las Vegas in October. The package we purchased starts at $9500 for 100 people. This is to have the venue for both the ceremony and reception (11am to 3:30pm), buffet, open bar of beer & wine, sheet cake, photographer (no photo rights), officiant, minimal decor, white/black/ivory linens, day of coordinator. There are tons of upgrade options; open bar, colored linens, extra food choices, decor, etc. We are upgrading some items, like open bar, real cake, real flowers, some colored linens etc. Good luck!

Ours is going to be around $14k for 100 guests in Houston. It includes everything (plus premium open bar) except flowers and the cake...but that’s on a Sunday. It was $4k more for a Saturday.

Our all inclusive venue is around $11,000 for 130 people! We’re doing it during the off season tho so saves $10/person.

My venue is all inclusive including alcohol, cocktail hour with apps, meal, and wedding cake. It is 89 per person plus 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax. The gratuity is only on the food, not the bar portion and the tax is in the bar, so the whole calculation is messy but for 100 people it ended up around 12k.

We are spending about $6-7K on the whole wedding, decorations, food, vendors, everything for 80 people, but I'm DIYing most of it myself.
