All about the honeymoon

We're thinking about doing a drive up to Lake Tahoe. It's a little less than a two hour drive from our wedding location.

We are planning on going to myrtle Beach. It isn't to far from where we live and I heard it's pretty nice. Plus we can drive there.

I am an insane Halloween freak and I LIVE for Fall every year, so my amazing FH suggested we do Salem for our honeymoon!! 🧡🖤

We did Disney and Universal!

It was great to spend a week feeling like very tall 5 year olds.

We live in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida and just booked our honeymoon to St. Augustine, Florida. It’s a romantic city that we fell in love with during our first trip there!

We did san Juan Puerto Rico.it was very nice and very romantic. I felt so far from the USA but it was apart of the USA which makes it amazing

We have had to change our honeymoon plans twice:-( (first was a cruise, second was to St. Lucia) but in the end we have decided on spending a few days in Nashville, Tn and New Orleans, LA. I will tell you that the Florida Keys were my fiance's top choice, Buuuuttt I was born and raised in Fl and am very familiar with the Keys, so I was looking for something a little different. Great food, people and fishing!

I havent gone on one yet, but we want to stay in the country too. I have been thinking about Chatma Bars Inn on Cape Cod, Holbrook Inn in Harpers Ferry WV, the Wisconsin Dells (private cabin at a resort&spa, or Aspen, CO

I think it all depends on what you're into. We are having our DW in the FL Keys (Islamorada) which is where we'll actually stay for our Honey / Familymoon. We scoped out our venue before Covid shut the world down and we absolutely fell in love with it.

But I can tell you one of my favorite destinations and was almost our wedding location is Bar Harbor, Maine and all it has to offer. The quaint town, the delicious lobster pounds (you have to stop at every one you pass) - Hiking in Acadia National Park, the scenic drives, the coastal beaches.. it's amazing and serene (unlike a FL beach serene).

Sanibel Island, FL is also amazing - beautiful, quiet and you're able to enjoy being together without a lot of hussle and bustle.

Lovers Key - Fort Myers Beach, FL - Lovers Key is on the far end of the island and it's the perfect getaway for a newlywed couple

Sedona / Jerome / Prescott Arizona - The national parks and the drive and scenery would make for a beautiful honeymoon

Charleston, SC - Again quaint towns and just perfect for a couple's getaway

I could probably name 1/2 dozen other locations, but these are just a few of our favorite vacation spots.
