Aliexpress dresses?

I just ordered this dress from AliExpress, and a number of reddit users pretty much told me that it’s not going to be good and that I shouldn’t have gotten it. It was only $115, and it is going to be custom made to size, but I figured with the price I can afford alterations as needed.

Has anyone gotten their dress from AliExpress? How was it? Aliexpress dresses? 1

I’ve never gotten a wedding dress but I’ve gotten clothes and accessories and yea the quality isn’t amazing

I don’t know whether it not fitting exactly (and needing alterations) is going to be your biggest issue. There’s a general theory that all Chinese knock-off sites are bad, which I don’t think is necessarily the case - I got bridesmaid dresses from lightinthebox and was very happy with them (we paid for custom sizing) but I feel like aliexpress is a step down from lightinthebox/Jj’s house etc and I’ve seen too many photos of dresses bearing no resemblance to the original photos. I hope I’m wrong - please post photos when you get the dress!
