Alfred Angelo dress 262 (cinderella)

Hi Jaimee!! This is such a gorgeous gown and definitely lives up to the Cinderella name. The gold detailing is so beautiful. That was such a great deal, woohoo!! Hi date twin! I don’t have any experience with this particular dress, but I was curious which Alfred Angelo store you went to that was still open? I got my dress at their liquidation sale back in December and would love to give my sister (she got engaged in April) the information so she could get a killer deal on a dress.

They still have AA dresses, and A LOT of them are hundreds of dollars off. Bridesmaids dresses are $75. They still have a good selection and offer free alterations.

I only knew about the new business because I decided to drive by and see what was going on back in April when I heard of the liquidation sales.

Yes! Such a great deal girl!! I’m from the same area and my mom got her MOB dress at the same store, for $75 plus free alterations. They’re super nice!

I’ll just wait til she takes it back in to see for sure what happens. They seem very nice, and they’re just starting their business so I would hope that they don’t piss off their new customers by telling them that alterations are free then charging for them. If that’s the case, we’ll take the dress to a local shop we’ve worked with before who does alterations for a good price.

So far the service has been great! Very positive experience.

Wtf seriously?? Ugh nooooo. I just frantically called my mom to make sure she still has her dress and didn't take it in yet for alterations! She was talking the other day about calling them to see when she could take it in. I'm glad she didn't take it back yet, she still has it.

Do you have your dress or is it still with them?! If they still have it and haven't contacted you, I would try to contact local news or something and see if anyone can help you get in contact. They shouldn't be allowed to keep something you paid for. I've heard good things from NBC10 Responds, they take submissions and help people get money back from people/businesses who have screwed them (https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/consumer-form/).

Edit: My mom called the 800 number on their website, the message says that the Whitehall store closed as of 7/9 and they are "moving to a new location". She's going to harass them until she finds out more lol. Maybe you can try calling that number?? It's 1-888-362-8222. Hopefully they get your dress back to you.
