Alcoholic vs non alcoholic bars

If you had multiple bars to cut down on lines, did you have all your bars serving the same beverages or divide them between alcoholic and non alcoholic ( coffee, boba, etc) on opposite sides of the room?

We did the same selection at the bars. Coffee etc. was served to the tables with dessert.
