Are these all 1.75 liter bottles, or .775 liter, or 1 liter?

Skip the champagne. Buy canned soda instead of 2 liters. You can get good deals at Costco. Have one type of red wine and one type of white. Pick one type of vermouth. Pick one light beer.

If you are having kids remember not all of your guests are gonna drink alcohol. I made the same mistake thinking I had to buy alcohol for all 130 guests when in reality only about 75 are adults the rest are kids

Really? I thought definitely up the amount of champagne. People usually get a glass for the the speeches/ toasts during dinner. 4 bottles for 150 people won’t go far- even if only a quarter of people want one

We had about 75 guests. If you can, I would find a store lets you return the unused alcohol (beer/wine). We had A LOT of wine left over. Still have some of wine in the garage we could not return because the labels were ripped. They will also be able to help you with how much to buy.

We got 5 bottles of vodka, 3 bottles of tequila, 2 bottles of whiskey, (3) 24 packs of White Claws, (6) 24 packs of Miller Lite, (3) 24 packs of a local craft beer, 18 bottles of Moscato, 12 bottles of Chardonnay, 3 bottles of Red zinfandel.

Not sure how much pop and mixers we used as those were include with our venue's bar package.

Alot of people take a glass of champagne to be polite and only take one sip while glasses are filled to the brim, and the rest goes to waste. If this is for the toasts, let them toast with whatever they are already drinking.

🤷‍♀️ My crowd must be different, I’ve never seen too many half drunk glasses.. most of the girls will at least have 1 or 2 glasses then move on to wine.. but OP you know your crowd better than us!
