Heather, on July 23, 2020 at 4:45 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 4

How much HARD alcohol ( I.e Jack, Jim, vodka....) would you needed for 50 people? We are not serving champagne or wine but will have tea, lemonade and different soda/pop for guest to also drink. Thanks

You know your crowd best but the general rule of thumb is one drink per guest per hour.

At least 2 drinks per person per hour is what I have heard. If there is a Bevmo in your area or similar liquor distributor, they can tell you how much you need.

Those are both good guides! The length of your reception is a big factor!! 🍸

The reception is only about 3-4 hours that is why we need to know how many bottles of what.
