Anyone familiar with venues (Rentals) that allow wedding ceremonies on the property?

I'm not sure about your location, but we looked into doing this for our garden-inspired wedding in New England. A lot of the venues that are fit for our particular needs (large well-kept back yard, open concept home, etc) are now onto this idea of their place being used as a wedding venue and have made specific rules that either 1) large parties over 11 (or so) people are not permitted without approval or 2) to contact them for special pricing for special events. We did contact one AirBnB that then quoted us about 7k to use the property for even a small 50-80 guest wedding, but I will say they are a lot more open to negotiating the rental rate since it's a mom-and-pop place. It's definitely worth asking if you find a really casual place though! We did find a few lake houses that didn't have the guest limit and didn't have any rules against parties. Kudos for thinking outside the box and getting creative in this planning process! And good luck Smiley smile

I would message the owner, some would probably love to allow you to have your ceremony, especially if it’s not their main house, and only used for Airbnb

When you check out AirBnB make sure you're selecting the "Allows Parties" options - some properties are a big no go on having get togethers. But low key if you had a verrrrrry small wedding you might be able to get away with it lol.

There is another site called GoodNight that is similar. Another one is called VRBO or something like that you could check out!
