Affordable Wedding Venues in South Florida

Does anyone know of any nice affordable venues for a ceremony and reception in South Florida. My fiance and I are getting married October 20, 2012 and have went from having our wedding here at a mansion which became too expensive to having a destination wedding in Dominican Republic but now...

Does anyone know of any nice affordable venues for a ceremony and reception in South Florida. My fiance and I are getting married October 20, 2012 and have went from having our wedding here at a mansion which became too expensive to having a destination wedding in Dominican Republic but now realizing some of the people we would really like to come may not be able to and we are now back to searching for venues locally to try to make sure all of our family can come. I am going crazy looking for a venue that is going to be really nice but unique and wont break the bank. Can someone help?? Please!! I am figuring if we dont find something we really like, we may just have to go back to a destination wedding idea which is what we can afford but we would really like for everyone to share the special moment. Thanks all.

    Martina, there are some great venues here that can work within your budget. I've worked with Jen (Simply Significant Events...post above). She's awesome, and could definitely help you...as well as make sure your day runs smoothly. I was going to make some suggestions, but she's got you covered. Smiley smile

    Hey Natasha, i dont honestly remember how i found it but one that we were really gonna go for was Villa 221 and its downtown miami. U can do a search and find it. It was affordble too. Hope this helps :-)

    Hello Martina! I will be getting married soon, and my budget is $6000 also for about 65 guests. Please let me know where your reception was. I would love something that is open air and not cookie cutter, but since my budget is so small, I am open for banquet halls. Please let me know! I really would appreciate it!

    Raptor Bride or Martina, are either of you still available for me to pick your brain a bit? I am looking to have a wedding of at most 50 people, and something small/simple/intimate. Based off what you both wrote, seems like you two may have some advice I could use. I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed by this whole process. Any help from you guys, or anyone really, regarding the original topic in this thread, would be appreciated!
