We just booked our venue and got a date Aug 20th 2022!💗 i fell in love with the venue at first and second sight 😄 I’m really nervous finding all of my vendors though bc we’re trying to keep within a budget but the prices are so high so I’ve been discouraged 😞 If anyone has any recommendations for affordable vendors of all kinds under $1,000 in the Salem area that’d be great.

    One place I've found really useful is Facebook groups! There is a Portland/Vancouver wedding group where people and vendors are very active, especially newer vendors which tend to be more affordable priced. You could post your budget for various things and ask if anyone would be in that range. I've seen plenty of posts like that there!

    Thumbtack is a great app! Not wedding related so more affordable. I had trouble finding someone to come do my makeup for a reasonable price who wasn’t booked already, getting married in August too! Local vendors
