Affordable Hair and Makeup Artist in Philly

Many of us are paying for our own hair and makeup and are also on a budget.

That being said....$100 is going to be difficult for both in our area. Makeup at MAC or Sephora is at least $50. Many also have a minimum amount they require. I had a difficult time finding someone just for me. You are also a month and a half out. I would be afraid many would already be booked.

So I'm outside Philly, and the team I've hired is awesome and travels to you but they're definitely over your budget.

Honestly, it's probably too late to find anyone close to your budge this far out. I'd consider either DIY-ing either hair or make-up and going simple and low-budget for the other (a simple blow-out or waves or something from a regular salon or going to MAC or Clinique).

That doesn't sound realistic unless you go to a beauty school and then maybe.

Do you mean $100 for both hair and makeup or $100 for each service? If it's the latter, I may have a few suggestions.

Kouture Beauty Designs is $65 for hair $65 for makeup. She's really good and travels to you, but she requires about $300 in services to book. You would need other people to get hair and makeup done too
