Affordable Boston area wedding photographer with Vintage feel

Jennifer, on December 15, 2015 at 12:25 PM Posted in Planning 0 6

Hello fellow bride to be! I am looking for a reasonable Boston area photographer ($3,500.00 max). I will be getting married at Glen Magna Farms in Danvers, MA in May 2017. I really love the vintage dreamy feel for photos. If anyone could help me out with some names that have that indie/etsy style feel it would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!!

Have you tried the Vendors search tool on here? TheKnot is where I found my photographer too. I'm in the Boston area but my photographer wasn't that style. Google is your friend. Its hard to ask for specific area/ vendors in this forum because people are from all over not just New England. Good luck.

Same here. I live closer to Lawrence and my photographer wouldn't go that far. Also wasn't that style, good luck.

I would look for photographers first and then ask them about the "vintage/etsy/indie" style which I'm guessing is really just filtering/editing, not the actual photography.

If you google your venue location and wedding photography blog, it should bring up photographers in your area. Scrolling through their blog will give you a feel for their work and style. Vintage, VSCO, or film would also be good keywords to use. I would encourage you to find a photographer you connect with. You should trust their work, and they should provide a stellar experience from engagement photos to your wedding. Most any photographer can capture great images, the ones that create an experience worth remembering are the great photographers.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this style, but I think the WW vendor search tool is your best bet, or just a simple Google search of "Danvers area wedding photographers." PPs are right, your budget will go far around this area.
