Advice please: Does it look bad in photos if bridemaid's tones don't match bride tones

Ekateryna, on March 29, 2023 at 11:37 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5

For context, it is really important to me that the bridemaids feel and look good. All 4 of mine are cool tone people, I (the bride) am warm tone, but I love cool tones. Wondering if anybody has photos or can give opinion on if me standing next to a bunch of cool tones will look bad/wash me out?

Thank you!

The bridesmaid colors would only make a difference for your skin tone if you were wearing the bridesmaid dress. Other people’s coloring is irrelevant to what makes you look good.

A photographer will edit the photos so the colors work out best. I think they even remove shadows as much as possible. So there are many ways they improve things. But, as said before, the other people's coloring is not an issue.

Based on your photo, you don't look like a warm tone person. A warm skin tone is a red head or strawberry blonde.

Your bridesmaids' dresses will not wash you out.

If it helps at all, I’ve literally never thought about this before so I’m sure others haven’t either!
