Advice needed! Reception change!

Talk about stress I’m getting married 10-17 and I just gave me final guest count to the Venue for the reception, which dropped quite a bit. I went from 40 guest to 25 and no knowing this was going to happen I no longer qualify for the buffet option at the venue! They never mentioned a minimum! Well fast forward I just found a new and BETTER venue and signed a contract! But here’s the issue I already sent out the invites with the previous reception venue on it!!! What do o do? Do I tell all the guest the reception venue changed? If so how should I go about doing it? Oh wedding stress hahha

    Well, yeah, you need to tell them that it changed. I would start reaching out to people over the phone since you have a small guest list.

    You could call them, send out emails, do you have a wedding website you can update? But definitely call and email and make sure they confirm.

    Luckily you can reach out to them individually and it won't be a pain since there aren't many guests
