Addressing/labels

Marissa, on December 8, 2019 at 12:38 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 11
Question: how did yall address invites while keeping a low budget? We both have horrible handwriting so thats out of the question. I was thinking about printing on clear labels?

I also forgot about adding our wedding website on our invites. Do you think that would look ok on a clear label somewhere as well?

I recently used my Cricut maker to write the address on envelopes for Christmas cards, I may use the same feature for wedding invites. I believe some websites include addressing when you order

For our DW, my friend addressed ours but there were only 10 invites. I know it didn’t look fabulous but for our local reception we used our printer to print on sticker labels. Trust me, way better than our handwriting. 😆

Clear stickers would look best for addresses.

For your wedding website, a clear label on the back of your invite would work but most won't see it. I would consider adding a second piece of cardstock with information you missed including the website.

Or what about shutterfly address labels? They have a ton of options for the return address at least

I have terrible hand writing too. I wrote mine out. No one cares what the writing on the envelope looks like. Just write it out and don’t stress, it’s a minor detail.

I specifically used a website for my STD's that did printing on the envelopes for free. I knew I didn't want to write them myself because my handwriting is mediocre at best. lol

Minted is where we did our STD's. Address printing was free for those you are sending them too, it only costs an additional fee if you add return address to the envelopes
