Adding Straps?

Yes I did this and am very glad I did. I picked a strapless dress and purchased a belt which they hemmed into a halter strap. I loved how it looked and though it was perfect! We also had extra hang down in the back and it really added something to the Dress IMO.

I plan on adding straps as well. I also found some beautiful belts/sash’s from BHLDN to use as my straps. I haven’t started alterations yet but this is the plan we mocked up once my dress arrived. I love the look and it’s helpful my dress had no previous embellishment so I didn’t have to “match” anything.
