Adding sleeves??

Pretty dress! Have you tried boleros and capes? Here are some examples.

I can't see why not. When we were looking at wedding dresses, we were told that the reason so few came with sleeves was that they are so easy to add.

Why not? But that's an Azazie dress. They won't modify it for you. So getting a bolero like someone here suggested or show the picture to your local seamstress and see if they can do it before buying. Cocomelody has dresses similar to that and they are open to modifying dresses if you want to look into that

You should be able to! When we were looking at dresses, I tried on one similar to that top and she assured me that they could add sleeves if I wanted them!
