Definitely not. I wouldn’t provide people with details to an event they’re not invited to. I also wouldn’t put details for the shower since you shouldn’t be the one hosting it.

For the rehearsal dinner, it really depends on the formality. If you’re having a formal rehearsal dinner, you should send invitations or you could just have a separate rehearsal dinner insert included in your wedding invitations. If it’s more casual, you could send email invitations or just tell people via word of mouth.

No. I sent out separate invites for both using evite

I dont think is out of the ordinary for either. When we planned to have a shower I was going to have it on the site plus snail mail sent. But I would have made the event "public" on the site. Only those invited could see it. And thats what I will be doing for rehearsal dinner info just because we have SO many out of town guests to attend.
