Adding Flower to Bouquet during Ceremony

Hi! I hope I do an okay job of explaining what I’m picturing for this...
Immediately before the ceremony begins, I would like my maid of honor to address the audience while holding my bouquet, do a short reading and call up specific relatives from the audience to add a small rose or flower to my bouquet. My thought process with this is the women being called up are important women in my life and although they are not technically bridesmaids I would like them to still be honored during the ceremony by adding a small flower to my bouquet to symbolize them “walking down the aisle with me”. Does anyone have a short script of what my MOH could say to explain this to the audience while she’s holding my bouquet? The honored guests would know about this ahead of time and be given their flower to add to the bouquet before the ceremony.
