Adding colors

Tara, on March 1, 2020 at 7:14 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 6
So our wedding colors were originally black, white, and red. However, I fell in love with gold/amber uplighting. I am now considering adding splashes of gold. So far I might add a gold cake topper, gold votive candle holders for each table, and a gold guest book. Is that enough gold to consider it a wedding color? I will be wearing rhinestone jewelry on a silver base too so I hope the silver doesn’t clash! Thoughts? Suggestions? Anything else that I could use to add in gold that’s cheap? Most of our decor is bought. Thanks!

I’m doing gold as an accent color. I don’t think mixing metals is an issue, just a personal preference!

I actually did the same thing with my colors. I guess I’d consider it an accent color since there’s not many other items in gold. But, it’ll still look pretty Smiley smile
